In the first two photos below you can see a rock cairn has been engulfed by a pinion pine.  To me, this suggests that the cairn has been there for a very long time.  The cairn also marked the beginning of the habitat area pictured below. 

 

In the photos below almost every cleared area had evidence of tool manufacturing or usage, plus in this same area we noticed two partial metates and a rock ring.  The most interesting of all this was what appeared to be the remnants of several different stone walls - possibly for a living structures.
